POOL OG POOL AREA
In our heated pool, there's plenty of opportunity for splashing, paddling, and water fun...
For water-loving guests, we have a large swimming pool open from around "Kristi himmelfartsdag" in april until the end of August. Come and enjoy our newly renovated pool area, where there’s something for children, teenagers, and adults who love water. Hours seem to fly by in the company of water, and on a summer day, life here is hard to beat.
For the little ones, the area features a children's pool with a small slide. For the slightly older, we have a swimming pool where you can enjoy the sun with some refreshing swims every day. Around the shimmering water, you'll find sunbeds and a comfortable sun terrace where you can keep an eye on the kids at play.
The pool is heated to a minimum of 26°C.
An Extensive Renovation Project
From October 2020 to the summer of 2021, we carried out a comprehensive renovation and expansion of our pool house and pool.
The pool building now features new shower and toilet facilities, along with a large glass-covered atrium with skylights. The building also houses a new kitchen and outdoor kitchen with a spacious covered terrace featuring tables and benches, accommodating many people.
With a focus on sustainability, all plumbing, lighting, and heating sources have been carefully selected to be energy-efficient. This means that water and energy consumption are as environmentally friendly as possible.
In everyday use, this means you can enjoy the renovated bathroom facilities with a cozy atrium garden that leads directly to the pool area. Additionally, there are new family/accessible facilities, a chance to make spaghetti bolognese in the new kitchen with new appliances, or enjoy outdoor cooking at our new covered outdoor kitchen with cooktops. You can wash your clothes in the new washing machines, which come with automatic detergent and fabric softener dispensing, all certified with the Swan label. After all, it wouldn’t be De Hvide Svaner Camping without it.
There is also a new accessible stroller entrance to the pool area. A key card can be borrowed at the reception with a deposit of DKK 200.
