Below, we have gathered answers to the questions that we typically receive at our reception regarding booking a stay at our campsite.

What does it cost to stay with us? Whether it’s a pitch for a caravan, a cabin, a tent pitch, or a motorhome stay, you can find the answers and our price lists here.

Book a pitch online

On our booking page, you can choose the type of pitch you want and go directly to our online booking system to make your reservation.  
We encourage all guests to book via our online system, as it allows you to choose the exact available pitch that suits you best.

Book a seasonal pitch

Would you like to become a seasonal guest with us? Then you should book a seasonal or spring pitch by email at info@dehvidesvaner.dk.

What is high season and low season?

Typically, the price depends on whether you book during high season or low season. However, at De Hvide Svaner Camping, we strive to keep the same low prices throughout the season.

While the prices remain the same, the opening hours of the reception, Svanemarked, and Svanegrillen may vary between high and low season. For the reception's opening hours, you can always find the current information at the bottom of our website. Opening hours for Svanemarked and Svanegrillen are posted on the information board.

In 2025, our high and low season periods are:

High season 2025:  
June 29 to August 9

Low season 2025:
March 14 to June 28  
August 10 to October 31

Age restrictions

Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or have written consent for children aged 16–18 to stay without parents.

Payment

All prices shown in De Hvide Svaner’s booking system are in Danish Krone, including VAT and all taxes, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right for errors.  
Payments are made using one of the approved payment methods in our online booking system, including Dankort, Visa, and MasterCard. There are no fees for transactions made through online booking.  
For bookings of pitches for tents or caravans, 50% of the payment is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.  
There is always a 50% prepayment for online bookings, with the remaining balance paid upon arrival at De Hvide Svaner Camping. You can choose to pay 100% at the time of booking if you prefer.  
Amounts up to 1,000 DKK must be paid at the time of booking.

Experiencing issues with booking online?

If you are using Internet Explorer, our booking system will not work. Since Explorer no longer receives support from Microsoft and poses security risks, our system is not set up for use with it. We recommend using another browser, such as Edge (also from Microsoft), Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, or Safari.

Did you not receive a confirmation email?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email for your booking, please check that your email address was entered correctly and verify if the email went to your "junk" or spam folder.

Book and pay safely 

As a consumer, you are generally protected against any misuse of your credit card online. Therefore, there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card on the internet.
