Below you will find useful information regarding the use of online booking.
You can read about how we process your entered information, how you receive your receipt in connection with a purchase and more. When DHS is written below, it is used as a synonym for De Hvide Svaner Camping.

Payment
All prices stated in the DHS online booking system are, like all other places on the website, stated in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the situation in question.
Payment is made by using one of the approved payment cards / credit cards in online booking, including, among other things, Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and Diners.

Internet trading information
You can safely shop online through our online system.

Change of booking
As a consumer, you are basically secured in relation to any abuse of your credit card on the net, therefore there is no deductible in the case of abuse of your payment card via the internet.
You can read more about how you as a consumer must relate to payments on the web at the following websites: www.betaling.dk, www.fdih.dk.
If you get a change of booking you must contact the campsite.

Shipping and delivery
When booking and paying for a cabin, a rental caravan, a place for your own tent, or a place for your own caravan, you will be presented with a Booking confirmation / contract from DHS, in which the accounts for your purchase are stated.
The confirmation can be printed out after the booking has been completed, and an e-mail will be sent immediately after the purchase if the correct e-mail address is provided by the buyer.
Delivery of the ordered product is made on arrival at DHS on the day of arrival (and terminated on departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are disclosed in the aforementioned confirmation. The ordered product cannot be transferred to others or exchanged for cash.

Right of cancellation and refund and cancellation cover
Refund of prepaid amount only takes place by purchase of cancellation protection.
Select the cancellation protection for Dkk. 500, -, you will be able to cancel until 12:00 the day before the arrival day, and you will be refunded the entire amount paid, but not the cancellation protection on Dkk. 500, -.
If no cancellation protection is purchased, nothing is refunded, regardless of time, we therefore recommend the purchase of the cancellation protection upon booking.
If you have started your holiday with us, the booked period is binding and cannot be transferred to others and nothing is refunded.
